  • The trooper had every right to pull over and cite the municipal officer for his violations. However, drawing your weapon on a fellow law enforcement officer is hardly appropriate in the most extreme circumstances, and certainly not in this one. Officers take advantage of their jobs in the same way employees expecting free goods or services from their employers do. Although it may be wrong, it doesn't warrant the expectation for an officer to become fatally hostile towards another.

  • Now do you know why 98% of people in Miami can't drive. This is our example.

  • What seems to be the officer problem?

  • I like how he wanted the handcuffs removed saying that he's "cooperative." Would he follow the same request if someone he cuffed said the same thing?

  • FINALLY JUSTICE SERVED!

  • excellent job on the troopers arrest, this should be an example made to all police that they are not above the law just because they have a badge.

  • Watch the time on the dashcam...Over 4 mins she was speeding as fast as he was to catch up before activating her little dash light! She is just like the trooper in SC that pulled over a city cop that was responding to a call with lights but he felt she was driving to fast & unsafe. I had the pleasure a few months later of clocking him at 92 in a 55 WITHOUT his lights/siren so to prove a point I pulled him over! He actually had the nerve to get pissed. Most troopers are real pricks!

  • Something about this just feels uncomfortable.

  • dude i hope that never happends to me i am a city police and if i got stoped by a trooper my job will be gone

  • @jhmusicking I don't know but it seems like she was out of line. I'm just saying.

  • @redneck500 how was she out of line she lit him up and he just keep going you think that if it was u this wouldn't happen?

  • @redneck500 She was a little over the top with her attitude but he was technically "evading the police" for quite a minute. I've seen a sheriff pull over a cop that wasn't in his legal jurisdiction city for speeding and running a yellow light. (I assumed)

  • That is awesome. She has ALL of my respect, even if she did get a little drama-queeny about it. Cops have zero reason, right or privilege to drive any way they want to just because they're in a cop car when any other person would get pulled over for doing the same thing. Go ahead, tell me they're better trained. I've had training, too, but I get tickets.

  • OMG KUDOS TO THE OFFICER THAT PULLED THE ONE THAT WAS BREAKING THE L;AW THIS SHOW'S ME THAT ALL OFFICER AREN'T BAD THAT WE STILL HAVE GOOD ONE'S.GREAT JOB WISH THERE WERE MORE LIKE YOU.

  • @eddyramirez81 Wow, that proves to you that all officers arent bad?!? she's a good one?!?!? not for nothing, but people like her should not be given the "power" of law enforcement. Miami Cop was an idiot in a couple ways but she was and is a psychotic a%$hole on a power trip. Good thing the Miami cop was relatively new. If it had been a veteran officer...woudl have been pretty ugly.

  • that cop probably think he's badass....fucking idiot

  • Im glad she pulled him over... Off duty doing a buck ten... could have killed someone

  • @HASSDICH62 foreigners.....so illegal

Go back to your own county,

  • @Isaiah1jr1 Are you mad cuz u proly dnt have a career or job. Hope she arrest yo faggot ass. She could do wat she feels. He shouldn't be speeding that wolf pussy nigga cnt break the law, ain't shit but a nigga in a car( shit to me)

  • @YourATool77 Your mother belongs behind a desk better yet in a fuckin dog cage LOL. Fuckin nigga better yet fuckin cunt.

  • Awesome. Kudos to the officer who isn't afraid to do her job.

  • This proves women don't belong in the field get behind the desk or better yet get in a toll booth

  • She did her job God Dam It ! Give That Women A Raise & Medal !

  • Lol she's the man!!

  • This was clearly an ego problem from the part of the FHP trooper. She may have single handily destroyed a long existing working relationship between the two agencies. As a police officer I would feel like an outsider have this happened to me. Now, nothing will be the same between the two agencies and I bet with you, that this FHP trooper regrets doing it. The FHP trooper should be charged for disregarding a direct order from a superior officer, and should be sent back for additional training a

  • the female officer deserves a metal. Remember breaking the law should not be a fringe benny.

  • I want to see like an active duty SEAL or SOCOM operator get pulled over then just like put the cop in submission and flex cuff him and go on with his business.

  • @LazyRanger That will be AWESOME to see .

    3/75

    RLTW!!!

  • GREAT JOB MAAM. ABOUT TIME SOMEBODY DID SOMETHING ABOUT THOSE COPS.

  • trooper : "do you have any wapons on you"?

police officer: " yes i do. i got a tazer gun, a gun, mace, and a baton"

  • I'm glad he got caught because that's what they do in Miami they think they are the shit I'm glad they need to respect the laws too there's no need to do that and I give FHP a big congrats..... Good job

  • Yes, the Miami officer may have been wrong, but the trooper was just as wrong. This would have been better handled at the station later. She had the vehicle number and did not need to endager others, to include herself, by chasing the officer at a high rate of speed down a busy interstate. This was an embarrassment to law enforcement, whcih she is a part of too. Both of these officers need to mature. For the Miami officer a year of foot patrol would fix him.

  • @barcosoft So the Miami Dade officer wasn't endangering anyone by going 120 mph? The lady officer was doing her job. Too many officers get away with bull shit like this every day. The only thing that was embarrassing was the Miami Dade officer rushing to get to a job that would have been there even if he was a little late.

  • and if this was a male State trooper....would you call him the same type of words. OMG, the officer for Miami was going 120 mph....45-55mph OVER the speed limit. He was off duty, going to he moonlighting job..... It doesn't matter....no lights, no siren...I am sure the Trooper checked if there was an emergency in the direction the officer was headed. This happens all too often in many states. It is about time someone took the reigns. Good Job, FL Trooper!!!!!

  • lmfao its about time

  • cunt ho bag asz biatch......she's a total cunt rag.

  • SHE IS A DUMB A** , She felt disrespected that he passed her and she pulled her pants down and showed her a** and you can take that to the bank !!

  • americans ... so stupid

  • Off duty ? he broke the law plane and simple.Just cause your a cop does not give you the right to endanger the lives of others,Lopez should be fired.

  • Wow,Awesome !! City of Miami way to go,your suppose to "protect and serve",not speed and endanger.Im glad to see someone stepped up to the plate and did something.City of Miami officer got caught breaking the law,i see it all the time.Cops running stop signs,Speeding with no lights,no serin.

  • how did she know he was goin 120? She needs some proof from a lidar or radar device. Gueusstimating does nt really cut it...js

  • american laws lol you guys dont even know who is who hahaha u fucking losers

  • @HASSDICH62 Suck a dick! This is the best country ever fuck face! Come say that shit here! Come say it on black friday in walmart.

  • what a C*nt !!!!

  • it's about time someone started tearing down the thin blue line. breaking the law is breaking the law. no officer of the law is supposed to speed unless on the way to a call with the lights on.

  • I don't actually blame the Miami officer, I blame the millions of other officers who would have let a fellow officer just go ahead and drive 120mph in a non-emergency. If other officers around the country wouldn't allow fellow officer to get away with this type of blatantly horrible crap, this Miami officer wouldn't have been doing 120 and would have pulled over for the FHP officer.

  • If u read what I wrote I never said he wasn't wrong but u she new he was not going to shoot back and she new he was another cop all Im saying is she went over bored alil she didn't have to draw her gun. look after all that they let him go at the end anyways

  • 90mph is considered wreckless driving and endangering civilians in most states and it's immediate licence removal at the scene!

  • If I'm late for work doing 120mph and don't stop for a cop that's what they are gonna do to anyone

  • She handle it exactly how she would with any other idiot running from a cop why should police breaking the law get any less

  • Where are all the good cops there she is and all the others perished in 9/11

  • they should have task force just for watching these fuckers. that should boost up the economy and unemployment problem.

  • FHP YOU ARE THE FUCKING BEST!!!! I LOVE YOU FOR LIFE!! i sick about this retards officer from miami police is always same shit somebody got it stop this over 120 miles is authority abuse ,i have a lot respect for FHP no one is above the LAW.

  • This is the funniest thing I ever saw I'm a volunteer police officer for NYPD I don't think the highway trooper had to discharge her firearm or hand cuff the Po she should of just gave him the tickets she wanted to give him and left also in her comment she stated that ever Miami police officer dose the same thing all the time that I this is not correct at all

  • Comment removed

  • i don't know what the fuck you guys do in new york but where am from when u see police lights behind you, you pull over and you don't keep driving for 2 mins and when he does decide to pull over he dose not come out the car when she tell him to. the State trooper did the right thing i hate fucking Miami / Hialeah cops fucking pieces of shit, and who ever think she didn't do the right thing your a fucking moron go kill yourself you dumb shit.Respond to this video...

  • PIG ON PIG CRIME. CANT WE JUST ALL GET ALONG?

  • How funny it would have been to be driving and witnessed this!

  • some cops break the law and get away with it, my coworker dad was killed by a cop late for work and the cop was speeding and my coworker dad and nothing happen because he was a cop!!! if that was me, i would had went to jail, so when a cop do something to you or some one close like your child, keep your same feelings!!! cops are cool bull shit!! no one is above the law, we need more cops like that lady that did her job by the book, love you cop lady thank you for doing your job.

  • Cops are not above the law. You do 120mph and see what happens to you when you get pulled over. Props to this cop for pulling that asshat over.

  • that trooper is just plain retarded wow you really went to the extreme to do this ....wow im shocked i really am

  • Yeah, but that's some funny shot

  • There is no way I would have stopped for her, she would have followed me all the way to where I was going. I would have radioed in "675 to control, tell this bitch get off my back" This video in reality made them both look like an ass!

  • @Cir0c0bamaTV ,your not above the law scumbag !

  • @HKUser92 I agree there are quiet a few cops out there that abuse there power and are ass hole but not all. I am not defending eather cop here what I am saying is that both cops were wrong here. The state trooper complaind about the cop driving in an out of trafic at about 120 MPR but she also gose over 90 MPR for almost 5min in trafic before she even turns here emergency lights am siren on cuting through trafic. Even after she give the cops plate number and cruiser number she was told four tim

  • Tell you one thing, if she would have pulled that gun on me, she would have a rude awaking...I sure hope no Fla State Troopers are caught speeding by Miami Police.

  • @stokes119 Spoken like a true internet tough guy. If she had the drop on you like that, the "rude awakening" would be you waking up in the hospital if you were lucky.

  • FHP. A job well done. Mrs.Trooper a salute you, you show everyone that no one is above the Law,I've always have high respect for the FHP. Very professional, that Miami officer could've killed someone, the sad part is that another City Cop maybe wouldn't stop him. Therefore jeopardizing the lives of Citizen. A job well done ma'am

  • Idiot. Both of them.

  • The war between state and local will always ageists. But you need to understand not all state troopers are asshole although 70 % of them are there are still good troopers out there. Both of them were wrong for what they did but the trooper did not need to go as fair as she did. She had multiple chooses on what to do. 1 the car is on camera speeding speeding she could have reported it to here supervisor who then could have contacted the district capt. Of that officer. 2 filed a report and with t

  • @lastdon25 Why? I would have been treated the same way. What because it's a police officer they get a slap on the wrist? No far to often I see police abuse their power, whether it be put on their lights to pass someone and then turn them off, speed, follow out of state residents because they're out of state, whatever, cops routinely abuse their power.

  • This lady is a real POLICE

  • Way to go Florida Highway Patrol. I have nailed a County Deputy at 110 broke the pursuit off. Contacted Her sheriff he called her on carpet she lied camera didn't how can they enforce the law when they break it.

  • "Same team, Farva, SAME TEAM!"

  • SUPER TROOPERS!!!!

  • The FHP was doing her job. It does not matter that this was a MIami-Dade cop, that makes him above the law. He is obligated to uphold the law like any other citizen. The Union ought to be ashamed to support such behavior. The folks work for us, they know the law and penalize us when we break the law. Why is it different for them?

  • He needs to be fired and prosecuted as any other citizen. Being a police officer does not place him in any special class with regards to the law. In fact, it is hypocritical for him speed in this way when one of his principle duties is traffic law enforcement.

If anything, LEOs must be held to a higher standard as their job puts them in a unique position of both power and authority. They can not be above the law.

  • Videotaping youtube?

  • He could have killed somebody because he was late for work. She was right to pull him out of the car at gun point and arrest him

  • This is a good start.

  • I agree with the trooper on this one. The Miami police is off-duty and outside of his jurisdiction. Would have been "okay" if he was inside his jurisdiction. Ordinary citizens would have been arrested too when driving at that speed... And gun drawn if you don't pull over right away!

Miss trooper showed local cops that you cannot speed whenever you want and wherever you want.

    Way to go miss trooper!

  • @jjasper83 The pig was speeding for NO good reason. He should NOT have been OK in ANY jurisdiction.

Can YOU speed with impunity if YOU are late for work?

  • She is a hero.

  • It's about time!!!

It took a woman to stand up to the law breaker in uniform. Cops think they are above the law and they commit more crimes than any class of people. Most are armed goons (revenue collectors) of the state, nothing more.

This woman did her job. It's a shame that some people are so owned and beaten down that they support the police no matter what they do.

I'm not surprised to see cops hating on this woman. I'd expect nothing different from those thugs with badges.

  • The police do not set a good example of safe and responsible driving.

  • FUCK THE PIGS!!!

  • This state trooper is a straight up stupid ass ...there is no way she going to chase a regular guys for nearly 2 minute without calling for back up. she definitely knew that she was chasing an actual police officer...now the man stopped quietly and she was yelling and point a gun at him what happen to "necessary force" she must be a single old ass lonely cop who is trying to take her nerve on people.

  • Wow.

  • It really no need for the trooper to do that the officer could of been responding to a nun code 3 call for her to put cuffs on him it we nt a felony and he had a badge but cop got cop back yeah right u can tell knw its more better things out there to do instead of pulling over a cop she went out her way to catch a good guy she didn't pull over that truck that blew pass her while she waz pull over she hates cops but she is a cop

  • @tho56u Lopez told the trooper that he was on his way to an off-duty job at a school in Coconut Grove. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE NEVER READ THE DESCRIPTION.

  • Just saw it on the news, when she called it in, and said it was a Miami PD, She was given orders to "Back Off", and she still went ahead and dissobeyed orders and pursued....She's really stupid as far as I can see.

  • she is one of the stupidest police officers in the world. im majoring in criminal justice and we were recently talking about this and one thing you dont do is arrest another cop it had to be something personal between the state troopers and the miami pd cause at one point she says "YALL ARE ALWAYS DOING THIS"

  • this video should be called redneck vs Miami PD, lol lol

  • Stoooooopid!

  • PKA!!!!

  • FPS Kyle is gunna buy a boat

  • i have come from PKA

  • PKA

  • PKA!!!

  • PKA SENT ME!

  • @prankster01234 Lol that was fast

  • Wow, people are supporting a cop who blatantly disrespects the law they are empowered to uphold.

    Only in America.

  • @OniSyphon She was told to discontinue the chase 3 times and disobeyed. She was told by her Major to remove the cuffs, give back the weapon and cut the officer loose. She disobeyed that also by writing him a ticket. Florida law states you can only chase vehicles if the person driving it just committed a forcible felony. Speeding even if it was 120 is NOT a forcible felony. She has a history of targeting cops, and this officer might be the last one she targets. She is behind a desk now.

  • @OniSyphon I agree, state troopers like her should be in court explaining why she continues to harass cops and disobey superior officer and disobey dispatched, I guess that's why she is now demoted. Sure the cop was in the wrong to, but both of them were. breaking the law.

  • @weseyedwalk I don't believe they both were breaking the law... He definately was. In most states now it's considered wreckless endangerment with a motor vehicle when you double the speed limit. You can get charged with vehicular homicide if you were to take someone's life due to your speed. Just because her dispatch told her to "back off" does NOT mean she broke the law. If you are ordered to do something that would negate your oath of service to the public... Don't SHE is a great AMERICAN!

  • @TheBarnesDoor69 She was told to discontinue the chase 3 times and disobeyed. She was told by her Major to remove the cuffs, give back the weapon and cut the officer loose. She disobeyed that also by writing him a ticket. In Florida it is only legal to chase vehicles if the person driving committed a forcible felony. Speeding even if it was 120 is NOT a forcible felony. That is breaking the law, double standard on you. Why is it ok for her to break the law? She is demoted now

  • @TheBarnesDoor69 First off, this is not a civilian, this is an officer trained to drive at high speeds just like her, kind of hypocritical. Second, sure the cop was disobeying the law but she didn't know that, cops are allowed to speed in pursuit or on their way to emergency, although they are supposed to have lights on, they sometimes turn them off as not to warn who they are pursuing. Second, she did break the law in Florida in engaging an unnecessary dangerous pursuit

  • @TheBarnesDoor69 She is dumb, that's why she's sitting at a desk now, don't you know that state troopers have it out for cops? it's like a rivalry.

  • This will never happen in NYC! Let a NY State Trooper try to pull over a MARKED NYPD rmp!

  • State troopers hate us so much, well they hate everyone she had no reason to do that.

  • @9827670 uhhhhh yeah she did. he was going almost double the speed limit without his sirens on weaving in and out of lanes. if he was responding to a call with the lights on its a different story but he said he was on his was to a different job and thought he was going to be late. he broke the law in a police vehicle in uniform, he needs to lose his job

  • @9827670 you a officer? My guess is not although , if you are I'm guessing your a trooper as well.

Just curiously asking , because he is a officer just like she is and we actually do Alot more than all the troopers put together my guess is she was trying to make headlines.

  • Looks like the start of some kind of FHP/Miami feud...

  • thats called equality , god bless everybody like you

  • after talkin to two state troopers in my area(miami) here is what REALLY happened. she was told 4 TIMES to STOP the pursuit. in the state of Florida it is illegal to continue the chase at these insane speeds. She was told 4 times to stop the chase. BOTH parties were at fault: the police officer should have NOT be doing such speeds- and the state trooper should have stopped the case. as of today- she WAS INDEED FIRED. she could have handled this situation a whole lot better.

  • @romanianangel Damn but if she got fired for securing the safety of the public isn't that messed up? Shouldn't he get fired too?

  • @thisisjuannavarro okay... i can see how u may think that...but she didnt get fired for "securing the safety of the public" in fact quite opposite. like mentioned in my first comment" in the state of Florida it is illegal to continue the chase at these insane speeds" --that is to protect the public. If this State Trooper would have injured/crashed/killed anyone while pursuing this chase- she would have gone to jail. She was told 4 times to stop. She didnt. She disobeyed the law.

  • @thisisjuannavarro - the Police Officer on the other hand- would get a hefty ticket for driving over the limit, and another one for failing to stop. No real reason to fire him. Whats the difference between him going 100 mpr on his way home, and going 100 mpr on his way to a call? speed is speed. Not to mention that cops tend to know how to handle high speeds. The truth is...she probably felt that she could handle this situation-but instead adrenaline took over and made her look like a fool.

  • @romanianangel Yeah but he didn't even have his lights on or siren ( which I know would turn on the on board camera) which is JUST LIKE A CIVILIAN DRIVING LIKE A MANIAC, cop or no cop. I remember a case in Belvidere Illinois where someone was killed by a police officer doing the same thing, and the whole case HINGED on the fact that he didn't have his lights on. THAT'S JUST WRONG. If it's a hidden benefit for officers to drive like maniacs to get to a job, then this is all broken to begin with.

  • I mean wasnt going 120

  • First of all if the dude was going 120 there ain't no way she would catch up and second on the dash you can see the officer was driving perfectly idk what's up with her but she's screwed

  • She should be FIRED!!!!!

  • Glad to see it! Miami cops are the worst. They wipe their asses with the traffic laws down here just like most other drivers in Miami. The law is for EVERYBODY and police officers should set an example. Sadly, this is a quaint idea that the cops down here don't seem to follow.

  • All she did was start a war.

  • She did the right thing, Police are not above the law they have to follow rules as well. He was off Duty going to a second job at 120 MPH WTH

  • What a fucking bitch! I thought cops were supposed to be crooked together. I seriously hope she shoots herself for this.

  • AWESOME!

  • this made my day...miami cops are fukin lame

  • Female......enough said.

  • That's exactly what that clown gets! Another super hero cop that thinks that he is above the law!

  • @thesonicgod, you're obviously not in law enforcement and have no clue what you're saying. 1. She put herself in that situation and by not calling for back up before stepping out of her vehicle is a direct violation if it is a felony stop. 2. Turns out he wasn't going 120mph & the part in the video that was muted was her dispatcher directing her to end the attempt to stop. She violated that order. 3. Not normal procedure on a law enforcement officer as it is a given that firearms, knives, peppe

  • 999 views. Funny.

    1. The trooper pulling her firearm was in self-defense against a person who was armed, therefore, potentially dangerous.

    2. 120mph is just stupid. Reckless endangerment. Evading authorities... wtf.

    3. Being frisked is normal procedure. Some officers carry other weapons besides the obvious sidearm.

I'd give that trooper a medal.

  • @TheSonicGod and this opens the door for more strict laws against police officers. this is perfect!

  • Over zealous trooper went way too far by drawing her weapon and pointing it at him point blank! He was wrong for speeding, however she needs to be investigated for her actions after the stop. If this was a felony stop then she should have waited for back up, then draw her weapon if and only if she believed the marked unit was stolen and she feared for her life. Otherwise, she violated LE policy. Then she frisks him...WTF, he's a cop with a gun, wtf was she frisking him for? Is it an automatic r

  • What a dumb bitch.

  • Wow. I can see why she pulled him over but i thought there was courtesy amoung the blue line to arrest him i think was a bit much. But Troopers dont care about anyone they will pull over their own mothers. Sad.
