At least left-biased CNN gave a little bit of time for Dr. Taitz (20 seconds at first) and Dr. Keyes (less than one minute). Give CNN a little credit; however, why not give at least a little more time? The biased introduction took 3.5 minutes--more than half the entire segment!

The defendents have filed for dismissal. Mario is very busy right now working a smashing counter motion. Assuming the case is not dismissed, Mario's case will be the beginning of the end for Obama. Mario is not only suing Obama but is suing Congress for their blatant disgard for the protection of our Constitution. The judge in the case seems to believe that Mario raises significant constitutional issue that must be resolved immediately.

Sorry, I meant Charles Kerchner and his lawyer Mario Apuzzo. Most are aware of Orly's active legal effort. However, Mario has an active legal suit that is in my opinion is better than any suit I've seen. With Mario's suit, it doesn't matter where Obama was born. Obama is NOT a "Natural Born" Citizen and can not serve as the POTUS. The suit is in front of a judge who is very concerned with the matter and seems to indicate that the case has merit.
