Some constructors obviously cut corners in the constructing business. Of course you ignore that fact like central government's led rescue program and 1 trillion yuan of reconstruction in the area. If something happens here like in New Orleans, the states gets no help whatsoever from the federal government and the place is still a hell hole today.

@JZSNtelpy No idiots, a COMPUTER is NOT SHIPPED from China, some pieces are made in China and then they send the pieces OUTSIDE China and it`s fabricated in other countries... the computer is not compeltely build in China
