No offense to your design at all, it looks bad ass and I like it alot, but it looks like if you went with a longer shock setup, it would give it more droop and give it more time to soak up the landings before it slams the bottom into the ground. I don't know what kind of travel your achieving but you could probably gain a lot with some longer shocks, overall very kick ass though. What's the top speed like?

@hunterhunter4545 I would suggest not for 2 reasons: 1) smaller wheels / tires mean less unsprung mass --> more responsive suspension. 2) less lateral torque on suspension --> retains settings mid-corner. You can roll over bigger shit and take bigger hits with beasties but if you don't need that I wouldn't go that big

I used 100ft of 1.5 inch and 40 feet of 1 inch, and 40 feet of 1.25 inch tubing to build my Barracuda. Videos are on my channel. I bought the steel way back when it was cheap though.

What you say is only really true if you don't have any ability to change gear ratios. however smaller wheels give you less rotating mass for quicker acceleration, but smaller contact patch for less traction. Also small wheels have less unsprung weight, which can help on bumpy surfaces.
