Just to let you now the alcohol never cooks out. Its a misbelief.

This looks very yummy, my only issue would be all the sodium from the soup. Thank goodness they are making more of them with less salt. I will give this a try sometime after ST3:-)

I believe it was cream of mushroom but it may have been celary, I will check next time I go to the grocery. Im leaving Thursday morning, its only a 2 and a half hour drive so I will be there before noon.

Yes you could use cream of chicken soup and I have before. Cream of any kind of soup really.

I wouldn't though use a real sweet white white but other than that I just use a regular white wine I have. I don't use cooking wine though just a regular bottle that you would drink yourself but it don't have to be fancy.
