Silly kids. Lol. You get into a 10th lobby, and when you come back in you get an infection. If you join a public match and you are the HOST, then the whole lobby will have it. Guess you could say it rubs off onto them. Then those people backout and join another match, and if they are host...you know. It'll continue till everybody turns off their Xbox, which takes about a day to fully clear out.
