  • this game is awesomee

  • I prefer Megadrive ver.

  • @LeotheTiger1776 And that's fine. That's why I said I'd take the arcade version over this one any day.

  • @LeotheTiger1776 The censors? Oh I don't care what those air heads have to say about anything. I want to play it the way it's meant to be played.

  • is the pc version right?

  • I wonder if you both could do a SNES longplay of Aero Fighters/Sonic Wings as Hien and Mao Mao.

  • Wow, that must be the European version. Ours has the Konami symbol and chime with it!

  • Bullshit version. Where are the whores?

  • The Sega Mega drive version is waaaaaay better .. and look at the bullets , are those bullets or candy ?? -_- . u should check out the Mega Drive Version and u will see way it's better , the only good thing about this Snes Version is the music quality .. anything else is garbage compare to the sega version ..

  • Sure is a lot of killing in this game!

  • patriotic lion leo youre the man i just went to your channel and you had all the sonic and knuckles music and you made me go back to when i had this game wow the doomsday zone had me going i blasted it

  • no one never believed me when i said this game was good they called me a cowboy lover those haters from back then.

  • xonrb, I salute you! They just don't have appreciation for the Old West like you do, it seems. But I do, and this was one of my favorites for arcade, SNES, and SEGA Genesis.

  • YES SOMEONE AGREES i went threw my whole life playing this and people teasing me i should be the one saluting you. question do tou still have this cause i do but for snes

  • I play the game on the ZSNES emulator. I used to have the cartridge but I sold it in 2007 along with my SEGA Master System and Genesis at a garage sale, to make room for stuff we were putting in. Fortunately, I had found emulators for all the games I owned for SNES, NES, SEGA Genesis, N64, and SEGA Master System. Currently, I'm working on installing MAME32, but my brother's helping me do that.

  • at least you found emulators i still have all my cartriges and system kinda gets annoying blowing into the games for almost 14 years but it brings back memories

  • Oh, yes it does. It took 47 tries to defeat Sir Richard Rose, if I remembered correctly.

  • the indian dude kicked my ass all the time i literally stopped playing for a while but i finally beat him and sir richard jose was the worst he never gave me a chance to shoot. I think they should make a sequel that would be the best

  • Ah, yes. Chief Scalpem (Wigwam here) was a difficult one. No wonder his sister didn't want our heroic quartet hurting him. They haven't made a sequel yet, though. Last Western-themed game I heard of was GUN for the XBOX, and I don't play anything M-rated. It's unethical by my standards, at least.

  • good dont play gun it was a rip off western game anyways the battle with the smith bros was hard too

  • I can testify to that. I lose probably more lives battling the Smith Bros. than I did Sir Richard Rose.

  • how about el greco his whip was pretty epic and annoying and paco loco he got on my nerves

  • Those two weren't as difficult for me as Rose, but they were sure annoying, yes.

  • who was your favorite character mine was billy and cormano

  • My vote goes to Steve. Perhaps it was that pink hat of his.

  • haha i use to like steve but then i started picking billy and i couldent stop being him and cormano

  • Does the Genesis game account for that or did it just happen that you started being those two? I'll admit, Cormano has better firepower with that shotgun of his (compared to the pistol Steve and Billy are using).

  • hey are you a mario fan if you are i like super mario bros

  • I'm actually on Sonic the Hedgehog's side, but I respect Mario. I mean, just look at Sonic. Including his shoes, he's got red. He's got white. He's got blue. In my mind, he's a patriotic icon!

  • yes i love sonic every single sonic game is good to me but i like the original ones better the first ones and knuckles is my man also sonic there like untouchable

  • So Knuckles is your favorite? Great! They all tie in my book.

  • my favorite all time sonic game is sonic and knuckles and i just love the music in that game do you know this game and if you do you have any music of it god i just need to listen to it i miss it so much

  • I have a few tracks from that game as well as some other that I'm getting ready to post, so thank you for reminding me.

  • THANK YOU IM GONNA CHECK IT OUT NOW

  • Good! I love that enthusiasm!

  • bullet hell :D

  • I think this game has always been a lost treasure for the SNES, many people got driven away from this game maybe because of its western looks and its big characters, whose size was not ideal for a platform shooter like this. I believe people was more used to Rambo-esque characters like those found in the Contra series.

That said, this game is just so awesome and fun. Unfortunately it got WAY watered down from its Arcade counterpart, you just have to play both versions to see that.

  • No prostitutes, no brothels and the animation and size of the characters was downgraded big time. :( But the gameplay is solid gold, that can't be denied.

A little advice: if you're using an emulator, next time use a video filter to record (HQ Filter in ZSNES looks awesome), and if you're going to use saved states then load them only in that little black second between screens.

Hope to see more classics like this. :D

  • 3:20 - Is it just me, or does it look like Cormando is rubbing something other than his shotgun? O_O

  • "You in heap big trouble?"

  • I never would have thought I'd ever see Wild West Engrish...

  • Dang... it stopped loading at 1:03

  • i need to find this game

  • Cormano is the man.

  • not bad... how about a video of ya'll's game room:

  • the Only Version ported to the Cons That ACCTUAL played like the Arcade Version ...even With different Chars to choose from and the villains Say ((even if it's in text)) their Quoets this how Porting Arcade games SHOULD be made onto a Con.

  • Omg, i used to play this game so much with friends on arcade! eheh. Thx for the upload.

  • It's a lot like a western Contra, except they get the spread gun from the start. Awesome!

  • What? No babes or alcohol? I'm sorry. This a great game but I'll stick with the arcade version any day.

  • lol, ur absoultly right.

  • ese juego es muy bueno

  • you can play psx games too ehhh???

dont close your mynd yn the 80 years

  • Awesome Game, Cormano was without a doubt my favorite character......

  • Is it me or is the character movement much more sluggish in this version?

  • The Stage 2 boss battle is one of the best SNES tracks I've ever heard. :D

  • Of the ports of this game that I know from the arcade version (I know of SNES and Genesis ports), I consider this one superior despite the slight censoring (for those who don't know what I mean, the chief's name in the arcade and Genesis versions is NOT Chief Wigwam, plus his grammar was different).

  • I just watched this again and.... wait a minute.... I remember Chief Wigwam speaking a lot more properly when I played. Are you guys playing a PAL version or something?

  • I'm not sure which version did we play, I'll check it out ;)

  • awesome!

  • In Dungeon & Fighter, the Epic Revolver for Rangers is called Sunset Riders.

  • Call of Juarez made in correct style.

  • That game is so cool.

  • i remeber this game its so oldschool
