I would add tomatoes and corianders for more flavor. Maybe a couple of red peppers for extra kick.

I went to my Asian food market on Azalea road yesterday. I got me 2 packs of Tamarind soup mix, a big bottle of Shaohsing cooking wine, A big bottle of panda brand oyster sauce, and some Sambel Olek. Spent less than $10 :D
