BBQ fire is too hot for baking bread, you must use a thick stone to defuse and moderate the heat otherwise your bread will be raw in the middle and burned on the surface (as we see in the video). The optimum temperature for baking bread is 200 degree Celsius but direct open fire can reach over 1000 degree Celsius.
That looks delicious, but I cannot find the recipe for the dough on your website and blog. I've searched several times but I just can't find it. Or is it the dough the same as the pizza dough?
The bread look badly burned!
