which country are you living?

Basically it is safe to to the treatment. FDA and CE have approved the treatment if your skin is not in very sensitive condition.

If you are currently using light box or excimer light, you are qualified to do it.

@lilshane93 you need to do your ANA test (Anti-nuclear antibodies). Do your Thyroid tests (TSH, T3, T4). Do your hormones. This is probably due to stress.
