So, I'm sure that the "eWaste recycling fee" is refunded to the people by the government the moment that the electronic item becomes "waste" right? And I'm quite sure that the government is paying numerous individuals to make sure that every dollar collected under this tax is being used solely for the proper disposal of "eWaste". Yeah, sure. And we were all sold this bill of goods that social security was in a lock box. Another wasted program of wasted money by a waste-filled government.
the majority of items recycled were manufactured and purchased prior to the Electronic Waste Recycling Act and so are unaffected by the fee. the fee is not ment to clean up the mess the electronics make, but instead estimate the damage they will cause and attempt to equalize it. the view is different from the top. because we have so many opinions, the government can't pick the majority and ignore the minority. so the ideals of the government will always be different from the views of the people.
