Pokemon Explorers of Sky has many dungeons that explorers of darkness/time don't have like Destiny Tower. Where the characters meet the statue of Arceus. Talk about EPIC!

Here's my guess for PMD3's plot, you wake up in a scary forest. You see a pokemon (your partner) talking to you. Nah, not about that, the crisis in the plot "might" be that an angry wave of legendary bosses come swarming in and start destroying everything (my opinion).
