    I see on the second video of this Kriya, of five actions, that the minimum is actually 3 minutes, so i am now not actually sure about starting with less....maybe just minimizes the benefits, or produces none until you do 3 minutes?...I'm not sure. Many Kriyas can be started with as few as your capacity allows....don't want to misinform you!

    The note i left you here doesn't make sense, because the two prior to it are not here, which would explain it. Not sure what happened. I had suggested you use Zazen to train the mind not to react to nightmares. Also use book "Creative Dreaming", "Learning from Senoi Dreamers" chapter. Trains you to embrace all dreams and use them to unravel inner complexes in a natural way. I had suggested shorter Kriya practice, but corrected that in the other note here..

  • Hi I need to know if the answer is made by you Doctor. I am asking you again Doctor is that normal. I believe it is, my sleep without such a bad dream was better. Although i had a bit of a bad dream. I am fifty one now and i would like to create good money carma.How long do you believe this should be done in terms of days as far as clearing my Aura?   • When the subconcious releases the old memory and garabage gets released and if follows out like you are going to the bathroom mentally just let the shit go and you will have clean refreshed and beautiful mind.

  • Hi Doctor thankyou for the exercise. I want to let you know the evening of my first exercise after waving my hands in front of me. I had some bad dreams, I wonder if this had anything to do with my aura, anyway I have waited three weeks now and have been scared to try it again but I did today, I hope my night goes better.     only do Kriyas after preliminary cleansing

    preparations

    Not to do without a live Yogi with you to guide you

    Not to practice without fasting for 2-5 hours, so as to have an empty stomach.

  • Please do not eat 30 minutes before practicing. tune in before starting by chanting ong namo gurudev namo three times one time per long deep breath

    hands are in prayer pose at the heart center with thumbs pressed into chest. Deeply feel you are connecting to the universe creator as you chant. The will fully protect you as you do the meditaion

    I seem to get direct responses from Mother Kundalini, who whispers to me, moves my body into postures, mudras, healing movements and me into meditation, evidently because i have completely surrendered to her....but i am more cautious for others who i invite toward this work, who have less experience of energy and changes of consciousness. Your help is invaluable!
