The Namaste was the Belgian Wheat, My Antonia was the Imperial Pilsner. It was nice and hoppy, but massively drinkable, much better than the Namaste in my opinion.
@brennp79 i have. im not a huge fan of there whole ancient ale series, but i am a fan of the my antonia i beleive. is that the belgiun wheat ale? or is that nomaste
@CheertoBeers just try to have a steady flow to get the right amount of head without having to stop pouring 10 times. since i use the randy mosher pour method.
@jjrudy41 Interesting. I looked up that method and it seems that you could get the same effect by pouring it down the side of the glass while adjusting to get the right amount of head. To all his own though, enjoy your beer. Cheers!
@CheertoBeers you can. but i feel that method flattens the beer and looses its aroma faster. beasue the beer releases its carbonation quicker. so it is all about prefrence. i love a huge pillowing head on my beer...the to methods have been depated for years on my show. some agree some disagree...and like you i say to each your own...
@ChadzBeerReviews yeah probably or the battery was dieing. yeah the ruck has had this on tap a few times...yeah this totally could have been put in 12 ounce...

I'm sure you have been asked this a lot but why do you pour the beer so slow?

you probably didn't have the mic plugged in all the way.
Sounds like this would be better in 12oz bottles. 750ml bottles are such a gamble.
Doesn't the Ruck have this on tap? May have to give it a try.
