It's good that people say the Phaillies are the better team, cause I couldn't tell that from watching the Giants smack them around. Being good on paper means nothing when you can't win it on the field. On the field is how you become a Champion, but I guess non-Giants fans wouldn't know about that.

@fhgkjhgjkfhkd just did a quick check.. since 1990.. giants have been to the playoffs 5 times, phillies have been to the playoffs 5 times. only difference is giants was never over hyped and they never was caled the team of the future but the did manage to beat the PHantastic PHighting PHillies. Philly is the better team? Then why are the Giants holding that gold trophy up and not the Phillies? On top of that, here's a history lesson for you:
NL Pennants: NY/SF Giants: 21, Philadelphia Phillies: 7
MLB Titles: NY/SF Giants 6, Philadelphia Phillies: 2 (same # as the Marlins!)
Your team can have all the division titles you want, but just remember your Phillies called it the day after the 2nd inning in game 6, plus your best hitter is still standing there staring at strike 3 as we speak!

I agree. Still don't know what the GIANTS are gonna do in the offseason, but we have a very talented squad right now and with this pitching squad anything is possible next season. Best believe the Phillies will also be there, I'm just getting sick and tired of people not giving the credit they deserve. I mean when the GIANTS beat up on Lee all I heard about was him having a bad night but never talked about the GIANTS bats. Same goes with Philly with what they did to HOWARD

@mrbilliejoe1010 Sorry but you couldn't be anymore wrong. Because out of the last 16 times the Giants and Phillies have played each other, the Giants have won 10 of them. You can't say the Phillies didn't play well in the Post Season, you guys SWEPT the Reds. Giants simply dominated every team they played. The Braves said they didn't show up. The Phillies said they didn't show up. And the Rangers said they didn't show up.
