fuk dr dre I tell you something i noticed. I just a bought a PC with Beats Audio intergrated to the sound card. My only problem is when i use Skype or any other communication software it cancel's out ALL of my pc sound apart from the communication between you and whoever. I went to Communications options under Windows Playback devices and it is already set to "Do Nothing" Anyone got any idea's? Its really bugging me and i know its BEATS AUDIO!! >.<

HP DV6 is a piece of sh!t!!!

got the most expensive model available and it was a pile of junk!

Beats audio sounded like sh!t, NO BASS!!! pure crap. Not to mention there's an underlying issue that HP admit to BUT FAIL to tell the buyers that there built in wirless has issues connecting to certain devices and drops out!

Get your act together HP, DV6 looks nice but is a pile of junk!

I took it back and got an Alienware M14X instead.

The alienware is an awesome laptop its built for multimedia and gaming, it has sick sounding speakers and its just an all round nice laptop.

Anyone who says an alienware is a bad choice either cant afford one or simply has bad taste.

HP looked nice and sleek but is a pile of junk from my experience.

@saintpedr00 yes he does because a mac pro is the only computer suitable for music production due to its huge memory, storage and specs. windows pc's are still not reliable ebough, plus in a studio, the macs require very powerful outputs which the processors can handle...again windows pc's cannot handle that much data. but with studio that big, they must use a combined system of terrabite size processors and memory for ultimate seamless quality.

All producers use the most powerful systems they can, and mac pro with multiple quad core intel or AMD phenom processors & logic sequencer software is the most powerful and versatile. But yeah that was what i was saying, macs are more powerful and windows systems cannot handle it. =)

plus, no system requires all that, you can link up several but honestly,who needs it? the mac pro is used worldwide for reliability & for pro logic sequencing software. plus, you can use multiformat software on the mac,you cant use mac software on a pc system!!

Actually you must know nothing about hardware.

The Intel Core i7 990X this guy mentioned only goes upto around 58c at full load without overclocking, you may want a little bit more cooling for two nVidia GTXs but I wouldn't put them in an audio workstation anyway. The new Intel boards support massive amounts of RAM.

If Dre would have let the "sponsors" away and focused on his project without involving every commercial proposal for making the coming of "Detox" a big publicity campaign for all the medias and many 0 dollar value products on every corner, then maybe he would have been more focused on musical quality and not all the "club" hits and modern days "cool" trends.
