2 out of the 3 games that Cameroon beat Nigeria in the finals were controversial. Ikpebas denied penalty in the above video was clearly a goal. Also in the final of 84, Nigeria opened the score and the clear goal was ruled an offside. I'm paysant but I'm just being objective.

 Even though Cameroon has won the title more times than Nigeria (4 vs 2), Nigeria has shown somewhat of a better performance, reaching the semis every single time since 92, the exception being 96 when they boycotted South Africa.
