For the most part Hitler wanted to rule Europe for the German Third Reich, and that's about it, but it would have been a Europe without jews, getting them out of Europe whatever way possible. The Soviet Union won the war and stopped Hitler from accomplishing this. If you look at the numbers it was more of a Soviet/German tragedy then a jewish one.
