Your employee should feel good about their working environment, but Ray and his collaborator Saeed Rahman made a hell. Is this what you call Respect, professionalism and perseverance? You know very well that Ray Hassan promoted his secretary, Justin Borres, in order to enable her to buy an apartment in Dubai Marina. You supported Ray Hassan fully.

Hans Vestberg is not much different from former Ericsson CEOs. He practices favoritism and protectionism and support corruptions in Ericsson as far as the corrupted managers are his supporter. A very good example is hiring of a manager called Ray Hassan, who was recommended by a close friend to Hans Vesteberg. I think, Ray Cheated Ericsson into opening a GSDC in Pakistan, that cost Ericsson a fortune. I am sure Hans still remember USD 108 cost of engineers in Pakistan.
