  • i like da part with the tongs, cause tumtimes i like to ting tongs............

  • You should watch the"kfc worker loses it" video to see how much kfc has changed.

  • Might they still have "The Hook" just in case an irate customer follows you into the back. Or was it replaced by "The Metal Pole"?

  • 11:08

The best moment in my Life !

  • wow his hands were so close to that hot oil...OHS

  • That good chicken, thank. WTF was that?

  • That guy is not a KFC employee...he has no burn marks on his forearms!

  • do they use shortening today?

  • @bludika No, we use dehydrodginated soybean oil

  • thanks, this is helpful. I'm considering applying at KFC

  • What a video! Awesome! I learned alot by watching your video. Thank you for sharing!

  • CANADIANS CAN'T COOK CHICKEN...LEAVE IT TO THE SOUTHERN USA FOLKS!

  • they dont do this no more

i used to work for kfc a few month back

  • That was back when Kentucky Fried Chicken was really good. KFC is crap.

  • @suds42 Yup, as with most fast food today. McDonald's is another example. They never used microwaves to heat their burgers back in the day. Ugh

  • dont do this anymore. got pressurised cookers that pressurize the fat intro the chicken and cook the shit out of it. giving it that yummy sloppy crappy goodness.. god i hate working there. still have 2 of these circle cookers at work though for wicked wings and zingers.

  • @MrToiletclogger We use the circle ones for strips,filets, and 2hds,4hds.and 6hds.

  • @washington95 thats weird... :| dont you have pressure cookers? I do 8, 6, 4, 2, fillets and strips in them.

  • @MrToiletclogger Yep, we have the big fryer that we call the "8 head" that you pull the lid down then lock it into place, I don't know the technical name for it. We almost always cook original chicken only in that one, but we will use the circle fryer that we call the 6 head machine for 2,4's, and 6's. You guys don't have a circle fryer at all?

  • @washington95 we got 2 6 head cookers and 4 8 head cookers. xD

  • @MrToiletclogger Oh wow, we just have one of each and an open fryer that we use for Crispy, Wedges, Pop.Chicken, Strips and Filets. How big is your KFC? Where at?

  • @washington95 got 4 open fryers for chips, nuggest, popcorn n stuff. but thats not in the back. NSW australia

  • @MrToiletclogger Wow. Pretty interesting to talk to someone else that works at a KFC. When you guys bread the chicken do you follow the 7 seconds rule? Dip the chicken in water, then let drain for 7 seconds, then shake 7 times, then toss in flour 7 times. Then shake the flour of 7 times?

  • @washington95 certainly is! yeah in the O.R flour its 7/10/7. and the crispy booster flour its 7/7/7.

  • @washington95 I just do it till it feels done

  • "these are the tongs"

  • this guy is a robot O. 0

  • haha is this for real ?

  • man they used real shortening back in those days??

i bet the flavour was better than the vegetable oil they use now

  • Comment removed

  • Does anyone else suddenly smell chicken?

  • @sgreen4 no just bull ......

  • OMG . I didn't want to watch, but I had to watch

  • Old school. It was not like that when I worked there.

  • they don't do this anymore cause this would take forever.

  • @TheTubePortal LOLOLOLOL that was GOOD and witty.

  • He does as he's told and puts the chicken in the basket. Put the chicken in the basket. "PUT THE @*~* CHICKEN IN THE BASKET ! "

  • @plainwain It rubs the breading on the skin or else it gets the fryer again.

  • 1:30 Kanadian Fried Chicken

  • The discription is awsome :D

  • @CzBeno Thanks... I try my best.

  • Look how oily his face is.

    "My god, you're greasy."

  • @azdrifter520 lmao

  • If only Kfc made chicken today in those standards...sigh those lucky 90's bastards had the good stuff

  • Just cook that chicken white boy and don't be makin' me wait twenty minutes for it muthafugga.

  • i think the only reason it has changed is because they really isnt the safest way to cook chicken, pulling metal out that can splash oil on the person, drop chicken into the cooker that can contain water which causes the cooker to spit. plus they have a pressure release too close to the cook..but man this is funny

  • the stuff they sell these days looks like its been punched when you get it.

  • These were the days....

  • That's how you cook the chicken, buddy!

    I'm not you're buddy, guy!

  • He's from Canada, ehh.

  • why do americans say erbs?

  • @joshrulez2244 the h on herbs is silent, so it's pronounced "erbs"

  • @joshrulez2244

    That's a good question.

  • @smunge The "H" is not silent. We use phonics when pronouncing the word "Herb"

  • @joshrulez2244 well.. how do you pronounce it? "hhhhherbs"?

  • @ChrisAlexanderVEGAS Just simply herbs without the h being silent. Thats how we say herbs in england so :P

  • @joshrulez2244 you also say tomato as toe-mah-toe… and i hate it. Lol

  • @joshrulez2244 ... why do british people say aloomineeum?

  • @sparke303 well actuly most of us say it like this aluminiam

  • @joshrulez2244

I think this KFC video is actually from Canada, the color chart on the wall said "Colour" and there were a few other Canada centric terms

  • @joshrulez2244 Because it IS pronounced erbs. It is NOT pronounced herbs.

  • @corey72723 Then again, it depends on which country pronounces those words. I rest my case. So both are correct.

  • @joshrulez2244 that's a Canadian accent.

  • @joshrulez2244 cause we can .

  • He hates his job!

  • @Maudogg18

No he doesn't. This guy is a boyscout. He sleeps near the deepfryer, listening to it as it cools.

  • i'm hungry

  • Wow he look like micheal .j.fox wow !!!

  • It was Gordon Brown! :)

  • Wow, Marty Mcfly on KFC...coolbeans !!!

  • Brilliant presentation, thank you!!!

  • Wow... watching this video there is so much GOLD in it! I can't believe it!

Kind sir! Do you have any other KFC videos you could upload?

  • @TheColonelsKitchen

I've got the breading procedure. It's killer! It's somewhere around 17 minutes long so youtube won't let me load it in full. I haven't gotten down to slicing it in half. When I do, you'll be sure to know.

  • @Chickenasium - AWESOME! Thankyou very much, and I'll be here as soon as you find the time to do it, my friend ;)

  • @Chickenasium - Hey, my friend :) Any chance of you uploading the breading video soon? I'd love to view it.

    Thanks again.

  • Awesome! Thank you SO MUCH for posting this excellent video! Lessee, he sounds like he's from Canada (which means their procedures were closer to what Colonel Sanders preferred, as he never sold out his Canadian Operations in 1964, when he sold to Brown and co.) and 1985 was two years BEFORE PepsiCo bought them out, thereafter destroying KFC. AND the cooker's a Collectramatic!

But if you want the actual recipe of 11 herbs and spices, you'll definitely need to go TCK (My forum: check profile)
