This looks like my weight loss. I lost prior to the surgery. I lost slowly the first two months with maybe two stalls. It is hard to remember back to Jan and Feb. Oh, well, just wanted to say you look terrific.

MJ...GREAT song...and WOW...what a difference in YOU! U are still sooo beautiful and that smile of yours,love it! I was surprised that U are going to the east coast meet & greet, does that mean you won't go to a west coast one? Although I've heard there was someone planning a west coast meet and greet I still have not gotten anyone to tell me who, where or when,have you heard? When they were first planning the SC one I wanted to help host one in CA, but someone beat me to it, I guess. -Debbie

Hey Debbie, I haven't heard anything else about a west coast meet and greet except that there might be one. Hopefully I can make it to both as long as they aren't on the same day. I definitely want to meet you and other west coasters too.

what a great intro song!!! look at you!! beautiful and fabulous! what a wonderful success story you are! eating is a new and interesting challenge, but you will get use to it soon enough...its just that we were never taught to eat consciously, I think.
