TUPAC moved from east to the west coast so he was influenced by east coast style just like every other west coast rapper at that time, they even say it themselves in interviews. snoop dogg rapped bout Slick Rick and even did his own version of Lodi dodi wich is all east coast but yet snoop is west. know your music homie!!
