The guy in the suit ( The Airbus pilot ) is captain Peter Chandler. He is the deputy project pilot of the A380. He used to be the chief test pilot for the A320.

@TripleKanwar It can vary from person to person, the sidestick provides a bit more room for your legs, making it a tad more comfy on long missions since it is a bit cramped in there but some pilots prefer the feel of yoke. It's really a matter of preferance but ever since the A-320 Family, Airbus has designed all birds with a sidestick system.

@calvinair you will not be in command, if you fly the a 380 youre not flying, youre just only checking if the computers are doing their work. a 380 is the first serius step of eliminating the pilot out of the cockpit
