  • @lovefishin3 Sorry, it's Fenton MO. Thanks for comment and view.

  • Calm down on the strike! :/ you're gunna rip anything right out of the fishes mouth. I'm surprised you got that fish.

  • @HeloFascination1 Thanks for the view and comment.

  • people one of his friends throw a rock in the water becuse he casted haft way

  • Could be a carp, I don't know of its the males or the females that jump but all I know is that's how they attract a mate

  • @TheOhioFishermen I did not know that. Thanks for the view and comment.

  • @TheOhioFishermen it should be a carp ehh? they jump around to breed like that or just for fun. or maybe a 12Lb muskie.

  • @TheOhioFishermen Not nessesarily, they do it to get leaches off as well.

  • If I'm right that's bonely park in San Dimas ca

  • Yes it's a carp. Most big predatory fish are KO during the day and espacially during those warm days

  • Most likely a carp. They jump all the time and are b i g.

  • what are you fishing with?

  • where is this at me and my friend are big in bass fishing

    would like to go there

  • @maddog19ful

Thanks for the view and comment. The lake is in FENTON, MO.

  • @maddog19ful probably was a gar, they will do that time to time

  • Around here, that's a carp. More people need to start bowfishing those things.

  • @TheLureTour Thanks for the view and comment. Actually, there are a lot of bow fishers in this area, even some clubs but it is not permitted at this particular lake. Good luck.

  • @TheLureTour you can't possibly know if that was a carp. for all you know it was a large mouth bass

  • If you want want to catch that thing get some dough balls or corn.....

  • @bjonesehc Thanks for the view and comment.

  • yup, that was a carp

  • @lopallis Thanks for the view and comment

  • it is just a carp

  • @fjin1 Thanks for the view and comment

  • Where I come from, we would assume huge strike was a muskie... or a freakishly big pikeminnow. Pretty spot you got there.

  • @tackyman2011 You must be North of me LOL Thanks for the view and comment. Good luck!

  • Buddy forget all the inappropriate comments....nice video and great fishing. Also, I am not sure what part of Florida or which lake you are fishing at but I have seen big bass attacking a top water lure like a shark jumping out of the water hitting a bait fish.

  • @goozmooshak Thanks for the view and the comment. Actually this lake is in Missouri. I believe you when you say they smash lures in Florida. You guys grow some much bigger bass down there. Good luck to you.

  • that;s how i fish yamamoto worms.

  • @freshANDhesh Thanks for the view and comment. I use the SENKO worms that way also. Good luck to you.

  • What kind of lure are you using? and how come u leave it in the water like the? aren't u suppose to keep reeling?

  • @pspryu101 Thanks for viewing and commenting. The lure was a twin tail skirted grub on a weedless jig head. You can fish it anyway you like. I have the best luck ( at THIS lake anyway ) by letting it sit on the bottom, then slowly drag it back a few feet at a time until I get bit.

  • Striking a fish that size like that, bet that fish had a neck brace on like you would if you had a car accident the next day! His friends would ask what happened and i bet his reply would be "You won't believe me if i told you!"

  • @johnniwonton1976

Thanks for the comment. You're right about the hook-set , but like a previous viewer stated, you never know if it's a HAWG or a DINK.

  • looks like a nice place out there buddy.

  • @ElDiegoSlim Thanks for viewing and for the comment. It IS a very scenic, secluded place.

As a matter of fact, I was there again last Friday, and believe it or not, there was ANOTHER huge topwater blast. This time closer to me. The camera recorded this one also but it is way too quick to be worth uploading to watch.

  • Thanks for viewing and commenting.

    You never know is right!

Yes it is a peaceful, serene location.

It is about a half mile, uphill walk from the parking area and that tends to keep most people away. lol

  • I think that fish went cross eyed with that hook set! lol! u never know when it'll be a hog or a dink. nice video btw! place looks beautiful

  • What is all on the lake?

  • @Cooloioi Thanks for the comment and view.

I am sorry though, I am not sure what you mean by "all on the lake" ?

  • @truebalsamhogs Like, all the fish. musky, pike, striped bass, etc.

  • @Cooloioi Clear .... Largemouth Bass, Catfish, Bluegill, Crappie and Common Carp.

  • @truebalsamhogs Hmm, I was actually gonna say it might have been a sturgeon, but nevermind.

  • That topwater at 0:40? That was just me throwing one of the smaller one back. :^)

  • @adamitshelanu WOW ! I didn't even see you standing over there Uncle Steve ! Thanks . . .
