Roman didnt play the ball at all - his hands were low while lewis's were high... its like we were a beat late on everything that happened on that play - and why werent the line backers rushing??? they were just chillin in the mid level with noone eligible - Also dont yall find it interesting there were 500 camera men over where the catch was made and the NFL didnt have any closeups of the feet inbounds on the catch-- they always seem to have a million angles when it doesnt count

Can't Judge him on inteceptions alone look at his tackles Mark Roman is solid in breaking up plays, he is there where he is supposed to be on every play.

i'm trying to figure that one out too the only thing I can think of is he's a young buck with a lot of potential and has shown it. I'm not taking anything away from the current line up but with all due respect you can't take away anything from Mark Roman. I've been closely watching Roman since he joined the team i'm convinced he's legit .

Roman was the 49ers starter for 4 years. In those 4 years he had a total of 1 INT. Goldson threw 2 GAMES he has matched the total of Romas INTs in 4 years.

Roman played the coverage as designed, Singletary, Takeo Spikes and Eric Davis confirmed in recent interviews that the coverage was there but it was just a great catch and Niners let that one get away, Please don't make comments about our players on the bias that you don't like a player, he is one of the best in our defense that is why he is still out there, Rice for the vikings made his way to the inzone from the backfield, Roman was there to cover him and shoud be recognized for it.

I think Mark Roman needs to go, he kinda sucks. I'd take Michael Lewis over him any day. We just got Demetric Evans, on our team which is cool, but he is not a safety, he is a Defensive End. We do need a new safety though.

Roy Wiliams is a SS and we are looking for a FS, but I wouldn't want him, 1. he is injury prone, and 2. I would pick Goldson over him anyday.

Mark Roman is our Best Offensive Player, he lets receivers catch the ball easier and he lets make 1st downs and Touchdowns....we should get at least a 2nd Rounder...only one problem, The other team gets the Points
