I don't know how, but Great Big Sea always manages to ruin traditional songs. Their own music is very well done and I heavily enjoy it, but all too often I find their redos of Traditional Songs an injustice to the legacy of the song itself.

is the user making money from the recording? no. are fans able to send links to people who might never otherwise have been exposed to GBS? yes.
all in all, I see no harm done here. other than cutting the song off partway through.
