Take a non-accepted sim card. Put half of it in the phone start the phone. When you see insert sim put in all of the card. tyoe *2767*3855# now the phone restart and you should come to the menus. type *7465625*782*00000000*00000000­# and after type #7465625*782*00000000# now subset lock should be unlocked. type *7465625*638*00000000*00000000­# and after type #7465625*782*00000000# now the network lock should be unlocked. Turn of the phone and try if the phone is sucessfully unlocked.

It shouldnt be PUK disabled, the only thing you could have done is typed int the PIN lock on the SIM card incorrectly 3 times. If you;ve done that it PUK locks and yu need the PUK code to reset the SIM card lock. The only way to retrieve the PUK code is via the network provider. PUK stands for personel unlock key

As said by bboyzahid in the second comment, to that unlock way works fine, you must put the "locked chip" AFTER turn on the sgh-d900.

1- Turn on the cellphone WITHOUT any chip (it will ask for a chip).

2- Put the locked chip(a chip that you want to work in the cellphone)

To put the chip after the battery you must set it parcially with her, and after put a battery, and so, complete the full inserction of chip.

Do what bboyzahid says on his first comment do complete.

It's locked because you stole the phone dumbass.

call barring is when a network blocks your imei from making calls etc. changing your imei will fix this but is illegal in some countries. call barring probably happens because you stole the phone or you bought it stolen. also your imei might have changed to 15 zeroes. this probably happend when you used a bad code (hoping that it unlocks your phone). to fix this, take it to your nearest phone repair shop with the box as proof of purchase. otherwise you will have to look at box solutions.
