There is a stainless steel L bracket just under the cowl on the bottom triple tree.Or opposite of the horn mounting area.

@Frightline777 thanks for your information,the bike is nice but the lights are not the best for riding at night in my area where we have no street lights and this will help much,thanks again

It is a slim digital ballast.The L bracket i made and used tie wraps to hold it in place.

These will light the road nicely.
