Totally need to remake the eragon movies from scratch. Make them long such as 6 hours per book, like the Lord of the Rings. Too many details were left out of this movie.

for gods sake how many parts do they have to get wrong one they missed out the Dwarves and two Arya is unconscious during the journey to Furthen Dur and she isn't so ... Nice to Eragon and they missed out Katrina and dragon goes with Arya to Ellesmera and before they do go Ahjad (whatever) dies and His daughter takes over the Varden . . . so they either introduce them all in the next movie or they remake the movie

im not saying its not a good film its just not accurate

Too bad people don't realize the movie business needs to cut out parts of a book when it happens. I just wish they left in the parts critical to Eldest, cause I would have loved to see an Eldest movie. CGI, actors, and music was all great, I still wonder why the movie is bashed so much. :(

@nieke91 I just wish the director left in the critical parts to Eldest SO BAD. I read Eragon before seeing the movie and I can see it is a good movie, but I don't like the story changes. Even though I didn't like them, the movie was good (from the perspective of some one who hadn't read the book). Alwell. Unless they remake Eragon, Eldest can't happen. :(

I think the book is better than the movie, because they cut out so much time. Like, Saphira grows up in two seconds, and all of Eragon's travelling with Murtagh is cut. The movie's still good though. Also, the last book is coming out on my birthday! Yayzers!

I would suggest the triology to all, well it was supposed to be but now the series contains 4 books. Christopher really outdid himself, but i was very dissapointed with the movie. They 're not going to make another because they left out so much :(

i truly hope your right the movie had no plot (or not much of one at least) and they missed so much and changed iti thought i was watching something completely different. Theyt should make the book into a movie not an adaption :)

@NYSA1789 I have a theory that 'one part brave, three parts fool' is something to do with the heart having four chambers or something.

So basically Eragon's heart is in the right place but it would still be foolish for him to go ahead with his intentions. Hope that helped. =)
