  • how come it says these frogs are in PA and i can never find one even at night

  • @ScreamFan390 Here in east Texas, the big choruses are on warm evenings a night or two after a big rain. So they're not out all the time. Plus you'd probably need to be close to a breeding pond to hear them. I hope you get to hear them sometime because they're really neat. Cheers!

  • @ScreamFan390 OH U can hear thousands ofthem in stroudsburg

    but it gets annoying

  • @ScreamFan390 i found 10 one morning

  • lol cool

  • I am interested in breeding these. If you have ever kept any in captivity I wonder if you feed them anything and everything? At the moment I am stuffing them with moths.

  • @WilliBond0007 Yep, anything and everything about sums it up. I would throw them just about any insect or spider that's small enough for 'em. And best to avoid insects found around homes/buildings where pesticides might have been sprayed. The insects will have the pesticide in their system and it can poison your Hyla. And as always, be sure to follow the collecting laws in your area :-)

  • Very cool!

  • nice love it
