can i use flash to do stuff like the BC2 menu where the whole background is slowly moving and then the object on that background are slowly moving separately? i seen it in the halo reach menu as well.

dear god i cannot do this stuff because i have a different version of flash, im using adobe which looks pretty much like his flipped upside down and backwards. so i dont know where anything is. I'll be exploring that for months to find out how to do this.

ya well its cool now i found out a way to do it.........but do u know how to make an animation for example like a gun shot with 3 frames in it....and then using that to just insert into another animation so you wont need to do it again???

there is a fps button in the tool bar of the timeline. you should be able to delete whatever is there and change it. (sorry i have flash cs4 i'm not sure how different this is.)

I don't think you understand what people call "scrolling background". Scrolling background is when a character or whatever gets to the end of the screen the background moves back.

Thats what this video teaches, the character does not have to move to achieve the effect the character moving on the screen. ( The background scrolls, i.e. its a scrolling background :)
