Regi is Cuban, Kara is American, and , both of the guys are from Chile. There was another ISISSA before these guys (Cuban, Columbian, Honduran and American), and another called IZISA (2 Americans, 1 Chilean and 1 Brazilian.) They started off doing ABBA stuff in the 80s and, then in the 90s they began doing music from all of Latin America. They traveled all over North, Central and South America.
