@CherubicGuardian You would add a new track and apply your reverb effect to that. Then send the audio either pre or post fader from the vocal and instrument tracks to the reverb track.
@AnthonyYaff I'm not sure on that. Be sure your levels are correct on all meters and that you are nor boosting or cutting it on the final playback device.

So is this basically how I would send a vocal/instrument track to a reverb?

How come when I render my session as an mp3, the mp3 is never as loud as the session? The mp3 always comes out way lower.
