OMG I LOVE THIS SO MUCH, i changed the recipe tho x(. I didn't have milk.... so yea this is what i came up with: 1 fresh mango, 1 banana, and a glass of orange juice :)

I made a mango/banana smoothie about a month ago..it was really good....i used almost the same thing...but added a banana....however I didn't add condensed milk....love all the milkshakes you make...

sugar water is actually know as "Simple Syrup" which is simply a mixture of water and sugar equal parts....for example one cup of water then add one cup of sugar...

@Malilifire condensed milk is basically like an extremely sweet thickened milk. in here, i think she's just using it to sweeten the milkshake. you can use honey, sweetener or regular sugar. etc
