@4evargraffiti As long as you can import and export AVI or MOV files it should be fine. I'd recommend trying out the demo to see how it fits into your workflow.
@earnnetwealth This sort of virtual set isn't created within CompositeLab. CompositeLab is a compositing application, so is designed to take multiple elements and combine them.
You don't need to have a greenscreen in front of her in order to composite things in front. In fact, if you had a greenscreen in front of her you wouldn't see her....you'd just see a greenscreen. :P
The virtual set was actually two separate pieces - a large piece for the background, and then a second piece consisting of just the railing, which was placed on top in the foreground.
I'm not aware of anywhere that gives virtual sets away for free. However, you can indeed make them yourself.
There's hundreds of stock footage websites out there, such as istockphoto dot com. A simple google search should reveal lots of potential sites! The cheaper method, of course, is simply to create them yourself!
Any fool can throw together a videos with After Effects using bits and pieces they find on the Internet. But to create something unique for scratch is far more rewarding.
