    And sounds good too...

Just the kinda bike I wanna retire with...

    After the recession...

  • Sounds like an Oklahoma thunderhead. Great stuff!

  • nice bike...i just bought my 07 classic last summer..i love it and i think this will be my last bike that i want to own...the dealership told me that the chrome on the vance and hines was not too good so i went with d&d fatcat pipes on mine..are you satisfied with the v&h pipes...i had them on another motorcycle of mine but not on a harley. thanks. shoe

  • Hey Shoe, I love my 05 classic I thought about getting a new bike this year but changed my mind. The chrome on my pipes are doing fine but its always garaged kept could be a deal where temp change might work on it. These are true duals so I dont know if they are helping the performance. Ive been told that having the crossover pipe helps the performance.

  • thanks...i cannot wait to get my motorcycle back from the harley place with the new d&d fatcat pipes on them..do you know anyone who has had d&d fatcat pipes put on their road kings? i am just curious if they are satisfied with them. later, shoe

  • I dont know of any but when you get them on put them up I want to see what they look like and how they sound.

  • i will, later, shoe..time to go to bed.

  • nice bike. nwho makes the seat. and how much did it cost? also were did you get the grab bar around the seat thanks

  • Thanks , The seat is made by Corbin its called a dual tour has detachable backrest not shown. Seat can be customized with different stitching I have tribal on mine and the chrome V rail that you see around the seat.Everything ran just over a 1000.

  • You can get the seat with less add ons to change the cost. I think base price on the seat without heat or studs is 499.00

  • nice bike who makes the seat and what did it cost.also were did you get the grab bar that go's around the seat thanks

  • nice, but how much did you do to the motor?

  • Thanks, Screaming Eagle Street legal Big Bore stage II. Bumped it from 88ci to 95ci I can tell a big difference on the low end torque and the fuel economy on the break in period. But seems to be doing better now.

  • is your bike for sale? if so, please call me at 617-201-4253. thanks - shane

  • Awesome bike, dude. How comfortable is the seat? Is it worth every penny? I'm debating getting that same one (heated version), but not sure if it's worth the price.

  • Thanks, as for the seat it is more comfortable then the stock it is wider the passenger has allot more room. I have rode 250 miles without getting off of it.
