@WesFX7 It's from an extremely crappy NES game named Cheetahmen II. Remixing the theme became a meme of sorts in Japan a couple years ago. If you search for チーターマン (the Japanese spelling of Cheetahmen) you'll find dozens of remixes.

Maybe its a function of the DS-10+ but how is he running the full song like that? I thought at least in DS-10 you had to load all the sample buttons then click through them to continue the song... Is this what they called "Performance Mode"?

no, you can do that in the original ds-10 too. that is what the 'song' button is for. You lay out each track(the 16 tracks) down in the way you want it so that it will play them in order how you want it. That is what you are seeing in the video, for eg. the beginning part, it repeats tracks 1 and 2 quite a few times.
