Create data base with "question - answer"-couples.

let a random generator choose the question IDs and after clicking a button or something, you let the program check if the ID of the question fits to the ID of the chosen answer.

You can also bring that couples to code directly. That'll be a little messy ;-)

i didn't exactly understand the whole replay button, ----

correct me if im wrong but, you add another set of the button1.Visible = true (button2 and so on) at the bottom under button7 and that is it?

yes you can also fiddle around with it and make your own game with that

if you have an object (button, label, picture, etc) you can make it dissappear i made a picture viewer by uploading pics and overiding them by eachother
