Similarly, the member does not pay $117 to receive $80 in aid. Funds are used are put into initiatives that value add. Services are rendered to assist in keeping jobs, and where thats not possible, to get retrenchment compensation, in getting post-retrenchment employments and to upskill our workers to be ready to take on alternative jobs.
