I don't think these people are mentally healthy. I would say this behavior is a manifestation of some previous traumatic incident, or some serious insecurities. I'm a strong supporter of expressing ones individuality, however I think there's a point where one's 'expression' is detrimental to perhaps society, but more importantly, themselves.
I think it's natural to grow up wanting to be strong and independent. I think something has gone wrong if someone wants to regress to an infant stage.

Why people react to things like this in such a negative way, is beyond me. They act as though you had a bag of pot in your room. Wearing diapers or being an AB is way better than any drug one can use. It's better than smoking. So why is it that when parents see used diapers or pacifiers under someone's bed, they freak out? That doesn't make sense.

My mother cried her eyes out cuz I wear diapers, she found 'proable cause' (a pacifier) to search under my bed and she found 'baby gear', then she swore at me, called me sick, called numerous doctors, told them I needed help, and that if I didnt grow out of it soon, I'd become a pedophile... yet, Im a ROTC sargeant, varsity captain of my lacrosse team, carrier of a 3.7, and i work a job. My mother works 2 days out of the weak and complains 7... if you ask me, SHEs the one that needs help.

I love this video. I wish I had someone to treat me like an adult-sized baby. I don't believe you're ever too old to wear diapers. I'm 35 yrs old and I wear diapers all the time. Partly because I like wearing them, partly because I need to wear them. There should be more adult baby organizations all over the country. I'd really like that.

I don't think these people are mentally healthy. I would say this behavior is a manifestation of some previous traumatic incident, or some serious insecurities. I'm a strong supporter of expressing ones individuality, however I think there's a point where one's 'expression' is detrimental to perhaps society, but more importantly, themselves.
I think it's natural to grow up wanting to be strong and independent. I think something has gone wrong if someone wants to regress to an infant stage.
