  • Weight loss challenge: what you didnt see.... What we didnt see? We didnt see any weight loss. Oh sure a few pounds, waterweight, but nothing changed. What a shame. All that time spent being coached by people who know nothing when you could have joined a gym and made some great gains. Oh well, your loss not mine.

  • These women are fine just the way they are... beautiful, young, bright and happy. I hope that they don't become diet obsessed. Lots of great guys find women with "meat on their bones" more attractive anyway. Good luck to them all.

  • "meat on their bones" in my dictionary means MUSCLE MASS not BODY FAT.

    Not saying that these girls are fat but they should workout a bit, cut on sugars, eat healthy etc otherwise I know how they gonna look like 10/15 years from now.

  • Technically, you're right but the expression (and that's what it is, an expression) doesn't necessarily refer to muscle mass. I sincerely hope, as it seems you do, that they focus on exercise and fitness as opposed to some idealized weight based upon mass media messages about how women should look.
