18 years ago, I got into a fight with a Mac user for calling my first PC....(a TRS-80 Color Computer 2) ....he called it a "Trash 80". I broke the teacher pointer across him for saying that and we fought. there was some punching and wrestling but I STILL DON'T LIKE APPLE USERS. MAC USERS....WHATEVER. ANNOYING!
I was in US Navy Radar school. He kept calling my TRS-80 a TRASH 80 and praising his MAC. It got quiet. So then he stood behind me while I was sitting at my desk. He put the teacher pointer around my neck and choked me (half joking)
and said, "I'll turn your A@@ into a fudge sickle" (I happen to be black). That's when I grabbed it and broke it across him.

Mac is based of Unix, and like linux, it has super fast startup, no viruses, everything is simple so it's super easy to navigate, ALL pc laptops are completely shit build quality (all made of bendy plastic) and heavy, macbooks are aluminum, thin and, light. As a computer programmer I can't tell you how much easier this is for programming than on a pc.

In the case of Laptops, there are better things that Aluminum, which is bendy metal and shit). There are laptops from Asus and Lenovo with outstanding build quality and made out of Magnesium alloy (Better than shitty Aluminum).

And for everyone saying Microsoft copied Mac, or OS X is an expensive version on Linux are all wrong. Just because they have mice and user interfaces that look similar doesn't mean they were stolen ideas or copied code.

It's funny how so many people can get behind something and state their reasoning for a better world and blah blah, yet end up doing the exact opposite.
Apple is so much less than open source, open mind, open ended than Windows and definitely less than Linux. They overcharge. They constrict.
But everyone hates the person on top. Plain and simple I just built a PC that has absolutely nothing to do with Mac of Microsoft for $300. And it is least compatible with anything that Apple offers.
