Part one of this explains the rules I think, but the rules were 2 men start, every couple minutes a new wrestler enters the match. You had to climb to the third cage and grab the belt, then come back down with it and exit the cage from the first floor. It was like combining TLC with Hell in a Cell. Instead of climbing a ladder, you climbed the cages to get the belt, but instead of just grabbing the belt, you had to leave with it too in order to win.
