Yeah I know what you mean. I recently discovered… will I thought my idea was original but also found out that actually the theory of relativity has been around for quite a while they even use the same mathematical formula as I do. So… I get you from that perspective.
@CoheedMars90 lol - ya, it's a great workout. did you notice the sweat on my face after the demos? i was working hard there! (plus it was freaking hot in my garage that day!)
It's VERY potential training tool. By using some intuition it's possible to do so much specific hockey movements and improve so much details: skating with hips involving, balance training, swinging, stretching, ABS workout as well.... more and more
ok so i went cheap on my shooting pad by buying one one ebay for about 50 or 60 dollars because i didnt want to pay so much for the one off hockey shot. its a total peice of crap and the pucks barely slide and always flip and stuff, is there anything i can put on it to make it slicker?
@idi0tsg0newild it's hard to say. i've found that you really get what you pay for when it comes to hockey equipment and training gear. anytime i've bought cheap, i've almost always bought twice, because the cheaper stuff just doesn't hold up, and doesn't work the way it's supposed to.
having said that, i've heard that spraying pledge furniture polish on a skill pad can make it slide better... give that a try and let me know how it works.
