i love alan watts... that was a great quote... i went vegan 3 years ago... before that i was a vegetarian like yourself for awhile... i could never eat meat again... the coconut ice cream sounds delicious, how did they manage to keep it frozen so long? i heard you met the travelingvegetarian there, she's very cool... it was really nice seeing you again my friend...

veganism is an experiment never done before in human history. If peeps want to be Vegan that is thier volition. However, feeding children Vegan diets should be considered child abuse. How do you think we survived the ice age. We can all agree that factory farms are horrendous. There is another way ie Joel Salatin/ permaculture. No indigenous cultures on earth are/were vegan.

Respond to this video... i've been a vegan for the past three years... during the first six months i lost 65 pounds... my weight stabilized at 205(i'm 6 foot 2 inches for reference)... i do take B-12 subligual every other day as a precaution, other then that i take no supplements... i have a complete blood chemistry done twice a year and the results are stellar, like spring water... i feel better now at 41 then i did when i was 18... veganism is a safe lifestyle...
