Please give credit to Cesar Millan, the real dog whisperer. Without his lifetime's work with dogs, you wouldn't have the philosophy that you're teaching in this video. Because without crediting him, you're plagiarising. Be careful with that, because viewers can and should flag your video as being inappropriate.
@miked282 lol same goes if you have a treat in your hand every 5 seconds but if you gave me candy every time i did something right i would get bored of you, not listen, and get fat. There are many training methods and tools. At the end of the day his dogs & wolf dog are very well trained & love him. He takes care of them, trains them, socializes them, grooms them.. so why all of the hate? because he used a tool you believe is cruel. I don't see a skittish unhappy dog
@1NecroSpawn If you need a treat to get a dog to do what you want then your just as bad or wose than using shock collar....Its not about the animal fearing you or wanting to please you to get treats, its about mutual respect and actually knowing an animal. Humans are always concerned with domination and remain clueless to the actual essence of another animal. A wolf will always be a wolf no matter what u do. Its reality not hate.
@jaytok7 Its a wolf hybrid or wolf dog of course he wouldn't have something like that off leash and he didn't say he was THE dog whisperer he is a dog whisperer.
@1NecroSpawn i know he didnt say he was the dog whisperer. But as per the majority of ur messages, you have obviously used dog whisperer in the title and wolf (not wolf hybrid as other youtube clips do) to gain more views. This is misleading txt and hence the reason i flagged you! Read your messages obviously the masses arent happy with the title of clip so if you dont want to get flagged or negative messages change it! :D
@1NecroSpawn p.s i realised you werent the dude who posted it! anyway you can read my last msg like it was going to the guy who posted it and also in repsonse to you!
It does not really matter if this is a dog or a wolf ! :). This guy talks like he is a master of teaching dogs how to behave correctly, fine. For me this husky does not look to be a happy dog (tail is down and porsture is bit frozen, fearful and lacking in confidence when close to his master) This could be effect inappropriate method of traning, dog behave like a slave IMO. Sharing my view. Peace
You do have to realize that not everyone, regardless of how well trained their dogs are......is lucky enough to not have to use to leash on a walk or a run. Where I live we have no sidewalks, so if you want your dogs to risk getting hit by a car.... Anyway we walk on the road, and ride the bike on it as well. I train dogs, though I don't have any training videos currently up, check out some of my vids if you get a chance. Preferably of my Husky pack howling.
@violetflame1980 had that issue also, train dog to sit and stay first, once they have that down slowly open the door a little, everytime they're about to move shut the door and tell them no/eh eh/whatever words you use when they're not doing right, gradually keep opening the door more and eventually you'll be able to open the door fully with them staying completely still, don't give the ok until you've walked outside fully yourself, then give them the ok go out or come in, can reward them after.
inside of your house looks like in 1960;s, fucken horrible instead of wasting time making stupid videos, re-do your insideof the house, so it doesnt look like a 80 year old lives there fuck face
I walked TWO wolf hybrids before at an Animal humane shelter. One was a male anmed Woofie and he was an extra large wolf/malamute hybrid. The other was a female named Honey, she was about 90 percent wolf and only 10 percent husky.
Shut up freak. THAT IS a wolf hybrid. Do your research before you open your big mouth. Cesaer Mulin SUCKS! He kicks dogs and even causes mental damange to a dog. Victoria is a much better dog trainer.Hell, this guy seems better then Cesar
ya know, i see alot of people doing alot of "correcting" with their dogs. Ignoring, stopping, pausing, all until your dog does what you want it to. my dog wasn't trained like that even for hunting. I can't see the point of having a dog if you don't allow the dog to show its personality. Thats just me
@XsouthernXjusticeX I could not agree more the whole point is to respect the dog's personality. Check out the video about pack structure I am sure you will like it. It speaks to what you just mentioned. My role and job is NOT to teach sit down stay. I don't teach dogs to heel I teach them to be with their owner in whichever way they like,
as long as they are safe. in fact I teach the owners how to be with their dogs rather. Thanks for the comment I appreciate it.
@chriscreateharmony1 The thing is, you've created a video on how to put a leash on a dog. That's easy, you grab his collar, and hook the ring. As for all of the "wait for the dog to behave" and calming the dog, it all seems very pointless. If a dog is excited you should need nothing more than a simple hand signal or word to calm it, and eventually they should get the point. But is it really that important the dog is calm before taking it for a walk?
@XsouthernXjusticeX it is very important thta your dog is calm because it means your gonna have a calm walk and your in control, also calm means you dog and your a balanced and in sink with each other and mother nature
Oh very, you can't fuck around with larger dogs. Having a dog over-excited for a walk could mean it running, pulling, or barking like a maniac at other dogs. It's much better to have it in the proper state of mind.
@FlashVirus I have an Akita/Malinois mix. He's completely trained on hand signals as well as voice and anyone who understands how dogs learn can train a dog w/out collars that hurt. Yes, as any good trainer on the planet knows the human needs to always remain calm, and it's when we lose OUR cool that dogs may act out because we convey anxiety. But the shock collar is for people who can't train or have no idea how dogs learn.
@chriscreateharmony1 YOu sound kind of like a dog whisperer wanna be to me. I take it you cant find a real job and Dog Whisperer one too many times and now you're trying to make some money. Hmmm not good.
@XsouthernXjusticeX hi, each dogs have different personality,i agree on that. i have a shy great dane, bold rotweiller, noisy and lively pom, schnauzer, samoyed, golden retreiver, all of them need little only correction on their behavior, like they are urinating all over the place, we correct them.but some dogs needed extra correction, i have to sell my beagle because i cant control her, can't correct her the right way, some owner even sentenced euthanasia to their dog just because they cant correct
@XsouthernXjusticeX because I want the dog to act the way i want.. What if you have a 5yr old in the store and he wants wants wants and has a fit... if you correct them are you holding back on the child's personallity or are you raising your kid correctly...
@XsouthernXjusticeX I think that "correcting" or being a "pack leader" is good, but people sometimes take it out of hand. I don't believe you need to make your dog heel, get off the furniture or not have their own toys Unless the dog is showing problems (i.e lunging at people, growing at you when you do need or want them to get off the couch, or snapping at people when they need to move their toys). They should know How to do those things
@XsouthernXjusticeX for safety reasons but depending on your dog and your lifestyle they do not always have to be enforced. You have to know When to apply those rules and know that not All dogs need them so strictly. It really depends on the dog and the owner. But otherwise I see what you mean and agree =)
This comment is late but I don't think hyperactivity or excitement equals personality. I know animals with plenty of personality that aren't hyper or rude. I don't want to be jumped on or pawed and I don't want my guest to feel uncomfortable either. Especially when you have a hyper or excited dog around a guest with a fear of dogs. Personality is different from manners. Calm controlled dogs are much better citizens for their owners and the community.
@13elsyd13 It is called petsafe, it is amazingly precise and easy to adjust. I use it with a dogtra 175. The collar is not suppose to fit with the receiver of the e collar but it just so happens that it works. Great collar to hold a tag great collar to hold a dogtra receiver. Bad collar for dog training with leash or for a dog that can pull or charge.
That was a very good training video, couldn't help but laugh though!!!! :) Well done and you have a beautiful (and very well mannered) lower content wolfdog. Definitely need more people like you taking the time to work with them! Awesome!
