due to its newer looking body styling, i believe its the 4.2.

I can tell you the sound gets even better as you put a few miles on the new system and cats!!

If you have the classic shape XKR then I would really recommend you buy the Paramount/Miltek system + cats. Nothing else touches it for quality, performance and sound!!
