All anyone needs to find evidence of the feminization of males is to watch this video and see how unisex Japanese men have become.

Not to take anything away from this awareness effort, but it's silly to assume native Japanese placed these posters up. More likely it was Western expats. It's pretty cool to see a huge one stuck up in a Star*ucks window, though.
