Wow, you are like a super hero. My stupid bees managed to get under my vial and stung me on the nose and back of the neck. Glad to know that it only hurts a bit, less than a doctor shot. I thought the African bees were always angry. Thanks for the education.

I have never been stung during the many instances when I have handled queens-- neither when bees are in swarm phase nor when a colony is operating "normally".
