Thank you for reiterating the TRUTH Eve. This is truly such a sad traversty of justice and a wrongful conviction . Paradiso was framed at the hands of Tim Burke who manipulated witnesses while allowing a snitch rat to walk free. I read through all your documents, all which is PUBLIC information. Sadly psychopaths who are truly guilty begin to believe they are innocent. One day they will face God and recieve their final comeupance. May God have mercy on them.

@WondersNeverCease10 Thank you Wonders. It has been challenging to bring out the truth in these cases when there are too many who want it buried. The same patterns exist today that intimidated witnesses at the time of these events. Those methods won't work. The more people that gain understanding of these cases thru the videos or posted links will understand this needs an independent review. Those presently in control have demonstrated they won't challenge the misconduct of colleages.

Eve, I commend you for bringing this truth to surface. I too have read all the documents and research and truly believe that an INNOCENT man was wrongfully convicted while a ratting snitch walked free. Such a sad traversty of justice. As a Christian I can only pray that the person who is responsible has a chance to come forward and make this wrong right, but it is highly unlikely since liars usually believe their lies. Sadly they will face God one day and surely face their comupance.

@8DawnMarie Recovered documents don't support Burke's case that Paradiso murdered Marie. There is no justification necessary to examine everything surrounding the unresolved murder of a member of my family. Bond's statement was submitted for both cases. It is false for both cases. Boston's history is clear with regard to corrupted cases, and documents support both of these cases were part of that pattern. People who don't want the truth learned try to discredit.

@8DawnMarie Someone has given you inaccurate information. It sounds like the same tactics Tim Burke used to gain a wrongful conviction, based on actual documents. I don't think Burke is a reliable source. He is interested in promoting a book that falsely represents felonies in MA.

@8DawnMarie Doyle's mother gave 2 excuses for scratches on his hands. Neither of them were truthful for his injury. It takes backbone to confront the misconduct in these cases. Authorities twisted the facts. Plenty of people do not want this exposed. Tammaro is another individual with reason to spread destructive allegations. These were tactics used all through these cases.

Thank you for bringing this truth to light. Honestly, I NEVER believed that Lenny was guilty of this crime. I will be first to say, maybe a little sexually aggressive, but not murder. Bottomline, Lenny was set up. The Day/Ianuzzi family have a history of criminal activity themselves and I can see them being strong armed from the police to go along with setting up Lenny to avoid presecution themselves.

These are good points that I will go into in later videos. The allegations of attempted rape were made by Patty Bono and Janet McCarthy. The charges are dubious with other facts in the case. Iannuzzi had had sexual contact, but the actual evidence does not point to rape. The earlier conviction left Paradiso understandably vulnerable to later accusations. Paradiso did not murder Joan. There is no real evidence at all connecting him to her. Actual evidence points to Doyle for the Iannuzzi murder.

@8DawnMarie My records show Doyle was a suspect. He had severe scratches and 4 excuses were given. Blood on the steps to his apartment. Belongings packed prior to Marie's ID. Flight to Newark. A witnessed argument with the victim. Meeting 20-30 times undocumented with the lead cop on the case. Witnesses were coerced to change testimony and Doyle told 2 people he committed the crime. What records are you looking at?

@8DawnMarie The DA's office is aware I am in possession of documents. Examining Joan's case requires an examination of the Iannuzzi case that was tied to her case. Allegations against Paradiso means examing the other things he was accused of. I didn't tie these cases together.

@8DawnMarie The public record alone is very revealing. If you want to think that is the only documentation that has been recovered, that's up to you. I will continue to bring out the truth in these cases. It is very evident there are people out there who would like to stop it, but the truth has a way of coming out. Doyle put himself in the position to be scrutinized and the authorities obstruct the truth in Joan's case. Your anger is misdirected.

Joan's case has nothing to do with Marie's case or our family except that her accused killer died in jail after being tried and convicted for Marie's murder before they could nail him for Joan's murder. That has nothing to do with us. Leave our family alone!
